Cancellation & Refunds policy

You have the right to cancel your order for our services within 7 days of the purchase date. To do so, you must send us a clear statement of your decision via email to info@clubdigitalservices.com.

We will issue a full reimbursement to you no later than 7 days from the day we receive your cancellation request. The refund will be processed using the same method of payment you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

• The service was purchased within the last 7 days.

• You are not requesting a refund for a service that has already been completed or significantly worked on, such as:

  • Work made to your specific requirements or clearly personalized (e.g., custom website design, specific development features).

  • Services that, by their nature, cannot be returned, like digital assets, completed consultations, or creative work that is already delivered.

  • Services that, after delivery, are inseparably integrated with your other items or systems.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any service that does not meet these conditions
